Aloha Street Donates $5,000 to the Outdoor Circle

HONOLULU, HI (May 3, 2006) - On April 21, Aloha Street presented the Outdoor Circle with a check for $5,000 generated through the sale of "The Heart of Hawaii" calendar. The calendar is the first collateral produced by the Aloha Street Nature Project, Aloha Street's new charity program that will raise donations in support of local conservation efforts through the sale of Hawaii-themed merchandise and the development of volunteer activities.

"Aloha Street launched the Aloha Street Nature Project in November 2005 and we are excited that its success has enabled us to make this contribution to the Outdoor Circle, a deserving company that is genuinely dedicated to conservationism" said Jim Ueno, President and Chief Editor of Aloha Street.

"The Outdoor Circle is thankful to have partnered with Aloha Street on this project," said Taylor Boyd, Development Director of The Outdoor Circle. "We believe the Aloha Street Nature Project has the potential to grow into a vital supporter of local conservation efforts."

The sale of "The Heart of Hawaii" 2006 calendar is just the first venture of the Aloha Street Nature Project, which the company hopes to expand upon and use as a vehicle to support local environmental endeavors, while supporting the Japanese tourism industry.
