| Aloha-street.com Joins Beach Rescue Project with Barefoot Wine and the Surfrider Foundation? Donates $2,500 through Aloha Street Nature Project |
Through its website Aloha-street.com, Wincubic encouraged Japanese tourists to mingle with residents and to participate in a beach cleanup held at Ala Moana Beach Park from 2:30-4:30 pm on Saturday, June 30. The cleanup was a collaboration between the Surfrider Foundation and the Barefoot Wine Beach Rescue Project. Before the beach cleanup, Wincubic President and Chief Editor Hajime "Jim" Ueno presented a $2,500 donation from the Aloha Street Nature Project to the non-profit Surfrider Foundation in appreciation for its dedication to the protection and enjoyment of the world's oceans. |
